01What to include in your enquiry
A useful enquiry takes two minutes and saves a week of back-and-forth. Dates or a date range, the number of travellers and their ages if children are travelling, where you want to go or what you want to do, how you prefer to travel, and a budget band if you have one. Say if you need flights, a visa letter, a guide, or a jeep, and say what you do not want. The more specific you are about pace, comfort and must-see places, the closer the first itinerary will be to the trip you actually want.

02What happens after you send it
Your enquiry is used to prepare an itinerary and a quote for your trip. The quote lists what is included and excluded, and any partner-supplied element is named there. You can ask for changes, a cheaper or more comfortable version, or a different route before anything is confirmed. Payment, deposit and cancellation terms are in your written quote.
